With close to 10 years of experience in the industry, Justin has honed his craft to perfection, specializing in men's cuts and beard shaping. After studying at Bijin Salon and working at Buffalo Mane, Justin decided to pursue his lifelong dream of opening his own barbershop.
Justin's hard work have paid off, earning him the prestigious title of "Best Barber" in the Pitch's Best of KC awards for both 2019 and 2020. With his keen eye for detail and his commitment to providing top-quality service to each and every client, Justin is sure to continue making a positive impact on the Kansas City barbering scene for years to come.

Emily Rogers is a talented cosmetologist and barber who hails from a small town in Kansas. After a few years of studying art, Emily switched gears and graduated from Paul Mitchell. She has been licensed for 5 years and is known for her skill in both cosmetology and barbering.

She is excited to bring more women's color and brow wax services to the Midwest Barbery, while still providing her signature fades for her male clients. Paige Ratzlaff
Paige Ratzlaff, aka Lil Barber P, a passionate barber with a love for fades, braids, and cow prints. Paige manages the Midwest Barbery, where she has been working for the over two years under the guidance of some of the top barbers at Midwest Barbery. She takes pride in her work with the athletes of the Sporting Soccer Academy and is a dedicated sober activist who offers complimentary onsite services to men's sober living houses. Paige is always looking for ways to give back to her community and is known for her kind and generous nature.
Paige is excited to be a part of this hair family and hopes to keep pushing the boundaries of barbering with her creative colors and cuts. Her work has been greatly influenced by Hanzo artist Kat Kolors, who helped her sharpen her color skills. Paige aspires to be a STMNT artist and is deeply inspired by Sophie Pok, aka Stay Gold. With her commitment to excellence and her unwavering passion for her craft, Paige is destined to make a mark in the world of barbering.
Pat Ard
Pat Ard is a born and raised Kansas City native who has been cutting hair for over a year. Pat is a self-proclaimed "beer league legend" and an avid lover of all things ice hockey. At 19 years old, he left Kansas City to serve in the Navy and completed two deployments to the Persian Gulf.
After his time in the military, Pat worked a variety of jobs across America, collecting a treasure trove of stories and experiences along the way. When you sit in Pat's chair, you can expect not only a great haircut but also engaging conversation with a well-traveled and interesting person. With his combination of skill and personality, Pat is sure to become a fixture in the Kansas City barbering community.
